Overview
Before an SCC agent can log in to Smarter Call Center's (SCC) VICIdial, their IP needs to be authenticated. This article provides a step-by-step guide to log in to VICIdial.

Procedure
- Authenticate your IP first by logging in to https://sccs1.smartercallcentersolutions.com:446/valid8.php with your user login and password. A validation message will be displayed once the IP is authenticated.
- Next, click Agent Login to log in to VICIdial (https://sccs1.smartercallcentersolutions.com/vicidial/welcome.php).
- Enter your Phone Login and Phone Password then click Submit.
- The Campaign Login screen will be displayed. Enter your User Login, User password, and select the campaign from the Campaign dropdown list. Click Submit.
- You can now start taking or making calls from your VICIdial agent dashboard.
