Overview
When a client requires a campaign to be created, the Account Manager (AM)/Operations Manager (OM) must send a request for a new campaign via Zendesk. This article provides the steps to raise a new campaign request.
Procedure
- On the Tollanis Help Center page, click Submit a Request.
- Fill up the form with the required details. Include additional information in the Description section or attach documents if applicable.
Required information:
- Campaign Name
- CID
- Routing Setup
- Agent Gates
- DID prefix or TFN
- If via SIP, include the IP
- Click Submit.
